But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

According to this verse, first is the power and then we can be witnesses.

God promises to give the Holy Spirit to any who ask in Jesus Name.

Amen. Acts 10:38 is my life verse. It's so powerful. Jesus had to be anointed with the Holy Spirit in order to accomplish all He did. Don't we need the same as the Son of God?
