The world clamors for freedom
or do they?
While the desire for liberty rests in the hearts of men and women
False teachings and false religions
shackle the minds of those looking to religion and man to save them.
Won't happen.
Doomed they are and doomed they act out.
Flailing at anyone who comes against their sacred belief
even though it is wrapped in a lie.
Human nature - the flesh - craves for the tree Adam and Eve ate from
The Tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil
The yardstick by which they might measure themselves
Puffing up pride, condemning others
They fail to see that no one can measure up to the high
righteous standard of perfection.
Only Jesus
The Son of man, Son of God
Lived a perfect sinless life
and having come to set us free
died on a tree
The Ultimate sacrifice for the sin of the world
36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
As the world and those committed to
the father of lies spin out of control
Stand and proclaim the Liberty of the Lord
Only in Jesus can you be free!
